Why Family Move Fit exists
A move can be complete on paper and still be hard to live day to day. Family Move Fit was created to help families look at that gap before they commit.
The question paperwork cannot answer
Completing the formalities is one part of a move. Paperwork does not show how far a school is from home, what childcare costs, whether activities fit the week, or how everyday travel shapes the time adults have for work and rest.
An option may appear in a public source but still come with published conditions that do not work for a family because of cost, distance, age, or schedule. Sometimes the public information is simply incomplete. These details can shape the whole family routine.
Where the idea came from
Family Move Fit grew from our founder’s move from Russia to Argentina. The formal side of the move did not answer the practical questions that appeared in everyday life: how children would get to activities, what care and education options were described publicly, which clinics and transport links could be found, and what the week would ask of the adults.
That experience explains why the service exists. It is not evidence about every city or every family. Each report requires separate research into the selected cities using available public sources.
What we do with that insight
Family Move Fit researches the cities a family selects and brings available public information into one structured report. The family can compare what the sources show with its own budget and plans before tickets, housing deposits, and other costly commitments.
We show when sources were checked and where information is missing or limited. We do not fill gaps with guesses or recommend which city to choose.
