Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Family Move Fit collects with a report request and how it is used for source-based city research.

Last updated:

Who operates Family Move Fit

Family Move Fit is operated by Fedor Dorodnov, a registered service provider in Argentina. The privacy contact is hello@familymovefit.com. External delivery to that address is active.

Family Move Fit collects and organizes available city data. It does not assess cities, advise, recommend, forecast, or provide legal, tax, medical, immigration, real-estate, school-placement, security, or financial advice.

Information we collect

When you request a Family Move Fit Report, we collect only the details needed to reply and review the request.

  • Your full name.
  • Your email address.
  • One to three cities in one selected country, or one city in each of two selected countries.
  • Whether the request is for an Individual or a Family. An Individual is exactly one adult without children. A Family is exactly two adults, with or without children. If children are included, the form asks for their number and each child’s age in whole years. We do not ask for children’s names or birth dates.

The submitted fields are enough to review the request.

How we use the information

  • To reply to your request.
  • To understand your request and decide whether we can take it on.
  • To record whether the request can be accepted.
  • To communicate about a Family Move Fit Report if the request is accepted.
  • To keep de-identified or aggregated demand notes about requested countries and cities.

Service providers and data sharing

Family Move Fit does not sell personal data. Contact details and household details are used to respond to and scope your request and are not passed to Codex, agents, or research tools.

Cloudflare provides the website infrastructure, the Worker that processes form requests, Turnstile checks against automated abuse, and D1 database storage. Cloudflare Web Analytics also collects cookie-free page-view and performance statistics. Its browser beacon does not read or store cookies or other browser storage.

Google provides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. The site can request these Google services only after you choose to allow Google Analytics. They may receive the page path and title, referrer, browser and device information, an approximate region derived from the connection, and a limited set of site interactions. We do not send form entries, names, email addresses, selected cities, household composition, or children’s ages to analytics.

The Worker uses a Cloudflare network identifier derived from the connection address to limit repeated submissions. That rate-limit key is not stored in D1 or written to application logs.

Turnstile processes technical signals about the browser and request, such as the IP address, user-agent, TLS and browser signals, and the site origin, to distinguish people from bots. The verification token is checked before a request is stored and is not stored with the intake record.

Research tools receive only the selected country or countries and requested cities. Household type and children’s ages are used only for request review and necessary operational contact, not for research tools or analytics. If contractors or other service providers need personal data later, this policy will be updated before that happens.

Cookies and analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics runs independently of your Google Analytics choice. It collects cookie-free page-view and performance statistics and does not use browser storage.

Google Tag Manager can load Google Analytics only after you choose Allow Google Analytics. Before that choice, or after you choose Continue without Google Analytics, the site does not request Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics. Turnstile still processes security signals to protect the form from automated abuse.

If allowed, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_* to distinguish visits. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 30 days. You can reopen Analytics settings in the footer and change that choice.

Retention and deletion

  • Non-client form requests, including their contact, destination, and household records, may be kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymized.
  • Requested city-country details may be kept after contact details are removed, but only as aggregated or de-identified research-demand statistics.
  • For paid work, project communications and report workspace records may be kept while providing the service and for up to 12 months after delivery for support or dispute handling, unless legal, tax, accounting, fraud, security, or dispute obligations require longer retention.
  • Payment and accounting records are kept only as long as required by applicable legal, tax, and accounting duties.

Deletion or anonymization applies to active operational records. Earlier database states may remain temporarily in Cloudflare's platform recovery history and are not used for ordinary processing.

You can ask us to delete your information by emailing hello@familymovefit.com. We will remove it unless we must keep it for legal, tax, accounting, fraud, security, or dispute reasons.

Your choices and rights

You can ask what contact information is held, request correction, withdraw from follow-up, or request deletion by emailing hello@familymovefit.com. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Analytics settings in the footer. Some rights and timelines may depend on the law that applies to you.

Family Move Fit is intended for adults requesting source-based city research. Children should not submit requests directly.
